Overview
You would like to know the status of your submissions for some of your client's iOS apps, but checking the status of the apps using the App Status Request Form could not find any results.
Solution
It is possible that there might have been an issue when your tried publishing your apps, or that they have never been actually submitted in the CMS.
To confirm this, please follow the steps described in the Checking the Latest Published Date and Status of an App for Resellers article. If you do not see a 'Publish Date' in the Status panel, it means the app has never been published:
To resolve the issue, please try publishing the apps again. Once they are submitted, they will be internally reviewed by our iOS Team and submitted to Apple. For more information on this, please refer to Google's And Apple's App Publishing Approval Process, Timelines And Status.
After that, you can check their Publish status either via the Request Form or via the CMS.
If after resubmitting the apps they still do not show up as being published and do not return a valid status when you check the submission status, please open a ticket with the email confirmations that you received when you attempted the publishing process and the support team will guide you.
