You have created an app that has a feature related to COVID, such as a survey or general information, that Apple has rejected for publishing due to their Guideline 1.4.1 - Safety - Physical Harm and you want to know how to get your app approved.
In most cases, the issue is that there is no verifiable source of the information being provided related to COVID. In order to comply with Apple's Guideline 1.4.1 make sure that your information comes from reliable sources (e.g. CDCs and WHO). To resolve this, you can consider using our info-2-tier feature or info-3-tier feature with the target information from your website, in English and Spanish, embedded into the item pages, and a link to the source of your COVID information available on each page as the information source. This should help you satisfy the requirement for this guideline.
Please note that if you are unclear about what the team is requesting, you can contact the Apple Review team for clarification and they will provide you with the required information.
