Overview
You are unable to publish your BiznessApps iOS app on your first attempt because you receive the error message, "Unexpected error occurred" and you want to know how to resolve the error and get your app published.
Solution
This situation can occur if the Apple Account credentials are not for the developer account associated with your new app or you need to add the BiznessApps Apple developer ID as an Admin to the Apple developer account associated with your new app.
Ensure the Correct Apple Developer Account is Being Used
- Open your browser in incognito mode and connect to the CMS to publish your app
NOTE: By using incognito mode you will be forced to input the credentials for the Apple developer account. Ensure that you are using the correct account for your app.
If you encounter the same error message in incognito mode, proceed to the next section.
Add Our Apple Developer Account as an Admin
- Use the information in Apple's Add and edit users article to add our Apple ID as an Admin with access to Certificates and Identifiers & Profiles.
- Apple ID: iosuploads101@gmail.com
- Contact the BiznessApps support team and provide the details of the app which you are unable to publish. We will contact our iOS Uploads team who will assist with publishing the app, and will update you directly.
<supportagent>Agents - Follow the process laid out in the Routing table to escalate this request to the iOS Uploads team. </supportagent>
