This article details the process of setting up the 'Email address' when someone requests for access.
The access request goes to the 'Email address' you've entered as the Client Email in the app's info section by following these steps:
- Log into your Reseller Admin Panel and select the gear icon.
- Your Apps will show in either a 'list' format or 'image' format.
- For the former, you will find the gear icon on the right-hand side.
- For the latter, you will find the gear icon at the bottom right-hand corner of one of your apps.
- Select Edit Info from the Pop-up menu.
- The Mobile App Information page will appear.
- The 'Email address' is in the Client Email field.
The Email address is successfully set up for access requests.
