While you can create a paid app for both iOS and Android, and adjust the pricing as you see fit, you might want to charge a recurring fee to users of your application, in order to monetize its content or functionality in a periodic way.
Our platform currently does not support native Play Store or App Store Subscriptions or IAP (In-app purchases).
You can, however, use the functionality of existing features to help you manage some parts of your subscription service:
- If you want to limit access to certain parts of the app to only some users, you can use the Group Management Add-on, that way you can offer different functionality to different groups of users.
- If you want to send push notifications to a specific group of users, you can also do so from our existing CMS Panel.
Note that there is no way to collect payments through the application, so you would have to manage the subscription payments, renewals, and the synchronization of the list of active subscribers with the groups created in the app.
Luis, the whole platform is full of flaws
