Overview
Using the Group management menu, you can create, search and manage groups of users for your app. Some user groups are created automatically when enabling different features in the Client CMS Panel, such as the Unassigned group, which exists by default when you enable the Group Management Add-on, or the Guest Access group, which is created when you enable guest users alongside users with accounts.
You might notice you can't get a list with information about the users in the Guest Access group, this is intended, as we will explain in this article.
Information
While you can see the list of all users for each group by hovering over them in the Manage > Customers menu and clicking the View Group button, you won't be able to see the list of users in the Guest Access group. This is because users that use the "Login as a guest" feature don't register any information that would be displayed in the list of users of that group.
The information that is listed for other groups is:
- Name
- Status (Activity)
- Revenue
Since users that are in the Guest Access group are not required to submit any of those details, the View Group button is disabled.
