Overview
Apple announced that they are bringing iPhone and iPad apps to the Mac App Store on Apple silicon Macs, meaning that the apps will be published automatically on the Mac App Store.
However, because BiznessApps applications rely heavily on mobile features, they sent an email "Availability update for your iOS and iPadOS apps on Mac" which may mention that your apps will not be entirely compatible with Mac computers, and it is recommended that you remove the app for Mac.
Diagnosis
You received an email with the subject "Availability update for your iOS and iPadOS apps on Mac":
Dear Developer, Compatible iOS and iPadOS apps will automatically appear on the Mac App Store when the first Apple silicon Macs become available this year. However, we noticed the following issues with one or more of your apps that are opted in to appear. The following apps may have issues running on Apple silicon Mac. If an app will not run on Mac, visit the app's Pricing and Availability section of App Store Connect and deselect Make this app available on Mac. These apps may rely on functionality that is not present on Mac:

Solution
You will need to update the app(s) availability on Mac in App Store Connect, as explained in the Apple article Manage availability of iPhone and iPad Apps on Apple Silicon Macs:
Edit availability on an individual app basis

From My Apps, select your app. The page opens with the App Store tab selected.

In the sidebar, click Pricing and Availability. On the right, the iPhone and iPad Apps on Apple Silicon Mac section appears:
In order to be able to access the iPhone and iPad Apps on Apple Silicon Mac section, you have to make sure that you signed the updated developer agreement. -
Under App Silicon Mac Availability, deselect “Make this app available.”

In the upper-right corner, click Save.

From My Apps, select iPhone and iPad App on Apple Silicon Mac Availability from the ellipsis menu (…) in the top left:
In order to be able to access the iPhone and iPad Apps on Apple Silicon Mac section, you have to make sure that you signed the updated developer agreement. -
In the dialog that appears, select the iPhone and iPad apps you do not want to make available on the Mac App Store.

Click Done.
To opt out of offering any of your iPhone and iPad apps on the Mac App Store for users running macOS 11 or later on Apple silicon Macs, you can just click Don’t Make Available.
Please notice that you will be opting out of making your app available only in the Mac App Store (for computers) and this is not going to affect your app's availability in the iOS App Store.
