You tried to preview your Forms feature on your app, but you got a "Web Page not available" error. This article explains why this app issue occurs and what you can do.
You built your Forms app feature and noticed that upon using it you received the following error:

<URL> could not be loaded because:
This issue problem is often related to a domain not configured properly.
- Partner/Reseller Account
Open a ticket with Support, providing them with the domain you are using to access your partner dashboard along with your partner name and the email account you are using.
1. Log in to the CMS platform as Super Admin.
2. Navigate to the Partners, locate the partner and click on 'Edit'.
3. Navigate to 'Subdomain' tab and change the Domain according to the information provided by the customer.
Note: If there's no custom domain created by the customer, set the BiznessApps default domain, ie 'biznessapps.com'
4. Click Save
5. Inform the customer that the Domain has been updated
You will be able to preview your form on your app without getting any error message.
