As an app user, you received a push notification on your mobile device but there's no option to delete it. This article explains why this occurs and how you can work around it
You received a push notification on your mobile and you want to remove it but you cannot find the option to delete the notification.
This is because
- you haven't clicked/tapped on your mobile's screen while viewing the actual push notification.
- while you clicked on the screen, the push notification is long enough to cover the whole pop-up window and you cannot scroll to get the 'Ok' button to delete the push notification.
While viewing your push notification you need to click on your screen and hold it (long press) so that you can get a pop-up window. Once you get it, you can delete your push notification by clicking the 'Ok' button.
If the push notification is not long enough to fill in the whole screen of the pop-up window, you will be able to delete it by clicking the 'OK' button.
Otherwise, you will need to delete it from the back end as per the Section 'Deleting messages from the Back End' of the Messages - Subscriptions KB article.
