Overview
You used some URL forwarding rules from your subdomain to our default PWA domain (webapp.mobileappco.org) so you can shorten or change the app URL visible to your clients, but you realized that the forwarding doesn't work and our PWA domain still shows on the address bar and your users are not redirected to another page/site. This article explains why this occurs and what you can do about it.
Diagnosis
You used a forwarding rule (see below for example) on your DNS registrar (e.g. Godaddy) to shorten or change your PWA URL.
Nonetheless, you noticed that when app users visit the URL/subdomain you set up, the webapp.mobileappco.org URL still shows on the address URL bar of their browser - the address bar won't show your subdomain.
This is as per design. We force our default domain on URL forwarding, making forwarding rules not work as expected. This is actually implemented so that you can use our own Google Maps API license via our domain for Maps related features.
Solution
As this as per design, the only workaround is to set up your own domain for your PWA.
That is, if you don't want to use the BiznessApps default PWA domain and use another URL (probably shorter), you can create a subdomain for the specific app and use the domain for your PWA as instructed in our article Using Custom Domain for PWA .
Important: However, please note that this will cause the Google Maps feature to not work properly. If you still need to use Google Maps integration, then you will need to get and use your own Google Maps API license for your own domain.

Testing
In case you choose to create your own subdomain, you will have managed to use a URL of your preference for your PWA. Also if you got and used your own Google Maps API license you will be able to successfully integrate Google Maps into your app.
