Overview
This article provides a list of the BiznessApps pricing schemes for Individual and Reseller accounts as well as some extra plan offerings for our partners (standard/gold/platinum).
Introduction
Currently, there are two types of BiznessApps plans available. Click on the links below for Pricing details:
For the details of the plans (e.g. app credits), you can follow this article: Resellers and Individual Subscription Plans
Important: Since August 2018, all new plans purchased by our customers have been based on annual contracts. These contracts are paid on a monthly basis, and this includes individual plans. This is a commitment for one year, and no refunds are due for a partial year.
Important: Some customers either prefer to avoid long-term contracts, or do not respond to the Renewals Team's offer to take advantage of a New Plan with an annual contract. In these cases, their subscriptions are auto-renewed to a New Plan with a month-to-month commitment to BiznessApps. Although they are also billed monthly, the renewals are processed with a 25% surcharge. A customer in this situation may pay $375 for a Standard Partner Plan instead of the $300 paid by those with annual contracts.
A customer paying the extra charge may feel as though they're paying too much. To reduce the monthly rate on the New Plan, contact Support and request movement to an annual contract.
- You will still be billed monthly, but at the reduced rate because of the annual contract.
- You cannot move back to the old Legacy Plan.

Upon reading the part:
"Although they are also billed monthly, the renewals are processed with a 25% surcharge. A customer in this situation may pay $375 for a Standard Partner Plan instead of the $300 paid by those with annual contracts.
A customer paying the extra charge may feel as though they're paying too much. To reduce the monthly rate on the New Plan, contact Support and request movement to an annual contract." I got confused. But when searched and located the BiznessApps New Plans, my understanding was rectified because I grasp now that "In such cases, the plans are not annual, but they are monthly rolling contracts with just a one-month commitment to BiznessApps".
So, I highly suggest linking that KBA to this one, or at least having it in the Related Articles section.
