Overview
You need to have the latest release APK of your Android application if you want to publish your app to Google's Play Store, if you didn't receive the APK via email after submitting it via the CMS, or if you need it for any other reason, you can request it at any time.
Environment
- You have submitted an Android application to the CMS Platform.
Solution
1. Check the APK File Request Form and fill in the required fields.
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- The appcode of the application from the Client CMS.
2. Click Submit
Testing
After approximately 10 minutes, check your inbox, you will notice that you have received an email from "biznessappssupport@trilogy.com" with a link to the APK file of the latest release of your app. You can find a sample email below:
Note: In case you haven't received the email, make sure to check your spam folder and/or check with your administrator if account emails as the biznessappssupport@trilogy.com may be blocked.
