Overview

You may come across situations where you are not able to see the Additional Buttons under the Homescreen options.  Therefore you will not be able to enable the Call Us, Direction and Share buttons. This article outlines why this occurs and how you can solve it.

Diagnosis

The user is trying to enable some of the Call Us, Direction and Share buttons but cannot find the option to do so. For instance, the user below has selected the Grid Layout and has clicked on the More Options button but cannot find the Additional Buttons options.

The root cause lies in the Homescreen layout the user has selected. More specifically, the Additional Buttons like Call Us, Direction and Share only display on the Tab Bar and the Slide Out Layouts.

Solution

If the user needs to enable one of the Additional Buttons, he/she should select either the Tab Bar layout or the Slide Out layout. Only under those two layouts is the Additional Buttons option available. Therefore

1. Navigate to Design -> Homescreen

2. Select either of the Slide Out or the Tab Bar Layouts.

Testing

Once you perform the above steps you will be able to see the Additional Buttons option and thus enable one of the Call Us, Direction and Share buttons.
