Overview
You may not be able to see what you are typing in the WYSIWYG Editor. This article outlines why this occurs and how you can solve it.
Diagnosis
You are trying to type in the WYSIWYG Editor but it appears that nothing changes and the text will not show.
In the following example a user is trying to add a text reading 'About Us', but as you can see there's nothing printed in the Editor.
The root cause lies in the styling the user has selected. More specifically, the background color appears to be the same as the text color.
Solution
The user should change either the color of the text font or the background color.
More specifically, the user should click on the Global Colors button of the WYSIWYG Editor.
Then he/she should make the appropriate change as per the screenshots below (eg for a white background, select a text that will be black):
Testing
Once you perform the above steps you will be able to see your text in the WYSIWYG Editor. The text and the background will be of a different color.
