Due to changes in Twitter, customers are unable to Share or use the Sign up with Twitter (during login) option from the app.
This article provides information on the error and steps to replicate the issue, as well as updates regarding its resolution when available.
The following error messages are received:
- When logging in:
"Sorry, there was a problem posting to Twitter. Please try again later."
- When using the Share feature:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later."
More specifically, the issue occurs when you execute the following steps:
When Logging In
- When being prompted to log in to the app, the Sign up with Twitter option is selected.
When Using the Share Feature
- When using the Share feature, the following options are provided, and the Share on Twitter option is selected.
- The following error message is received.
