When opening the inbox on an iOS device (version 12.4.x or earlier), the contents of the inbox display correctly. However, when opening the inbox on an iOS 13 device, an empty inbox is displayed. This is due to the changes that Apple made in the code for iOS 13.
This is a known issue that has been resolved by our Engineering team, and a fix for iOS 13 was released on December 5, 2019. This article provides the steps to resolve the issue.
The following message is displayed on iOS 13 devices:
To resolve this issue, the app needs to be re-published if it was published before December 5, 2019.
Check the last published date of the app (refer to the applicable article below for the steps).
If the date is before December 5, 2019, you need to re-publish your app.
Update the app on the device.
Note: You will not be charged the $25 republishing fee, although you need to select it to re-publish. If the issue persists, please submit a request to Support.
Messages should now display in the inbox.
