Unpublishing a Private App Store (PAS) App

Overview

The Private App Store (PAS) gives you the option to publish and then distribute your iOS app to the audience you wish, bypassing the strict app review process. If you have already published a PAS App and you now wish to unpublish it, this article shows how to request the app be unpublished so that the app will no longer be available to app users.

Solution

Please submit a support request to Customer Support providing the appcode of the PAS app you wish to unpublish.

  1. Log on the CMS platform as Super Admin

  2. Navigate to Apps and locate the PAS app you wish to unpublish

  3. Click on the Options icon (Screen_Shot_2020-01-23_at_2.17.31_PM.png), select More, then click on Unpublish PAS. The PAS app will be unpublished.

Testing

You will get a Success message informing you that the unpublishing procedure was successful.

    After unpublishing from CMS, how does the URL stop working for users that already have the link?
