The graphs in your App Analytics Page are not loading and no results show. This article explains why this may occur and how you can solve it.
You accessed the App Analytics Page through your partner dashboard and/or your customers' dashboard and it seems like the screen is loading forever and the charts/graphs do not appear. On the App Analytics Page you may see these 'spinning gears' ( ) that never stop.
This is usually because you have enabled an AdBlocker on your browser that prevents the graphs from appearing.
- If the problem is indeed related to an AdBlocker enabled on your broswer, please make sure that AdBlock is paused or disabled. Then check the Analytics page again.
- If it does not resolve the issue, please try to Republish your app so it will be updated to the latest code.
- If neither of the above works, please contact Support.
The graphs in your App Analytics Page will appear on the screen.
