Upon inserting an image in the WYSIWYG Editor of your app Info-Tier Feature, you get a "Something went wrong. Please try again later" error on the page. This article explains why this app issue occurs and what you can do.
You inserted an image/photo in the What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) Editor of your Info-Tier feature and received an error "Something went wrong. Please try again later" on the page.
Note: Sometimes the embedded image appears correctly but still with the above overlying error message.
You may also notice a broken-image-link icon that appears if they use the Edit option after saving the image.
The problem is often related to a wrong domain configured.
To investigate the issue, check the results in your browsers Developer Tools Console.
(For instance, on a Windows machine, you can do this by pressing the combination of the 'Fn' and 'F12' buttons on the Google Chrome or the Mozilla Firefox browsers and navigate to the Console tab.)
Most probably you will find an error as shown in the following example:
The error shows that the domain is not configured correctly. This may happen when apps are transferred to a partner account and the domain was not updated/verified.
As this needs to be resolved in the backend, open a ticket with Support, to update the domain.
You will be able to embed your image without any problem and thus you won't be getting this error message
