Adding the BiznessApps Team as a Member in the App Store allows us to check and publish an iOS app on your behalf. This article explains when you might need to do that and how you can do this by adding the firstname.lastname@example.org email account.
You needed to add the BiznessApps Team as a member because you experienced issues/errors upon publishing iOS applications and you wanted us to have access to your account to check the issue.
- An Apple ID is required to login to the App Store Connect for the customer to add a new team member.
Follow the steps below:
- Add the BiznessApps Apple ID (email@example.com) as an Admin or App Manager with access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, if possible, for <Customer/Organization Apple ID address> account.
- To do so please see Add, edit and delete users for instructions to add our Apple ID as a team member.
Once BiznessApps has been set up as a team member, the Publishing/Uploads team will get an email confirmation from Apple. The team will then be able to check inside the account and perform the requested operation(s), that is submit and publish apps to the customer’s developer account.
