You need to add the BiznessApps iOS Uploads Team as an Admin in the Apple App Store in order for us to check on or publish an iOS app on your behalf and want to know how to do it. Apple's 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) requirements also necessitate that the iOS Uploads Team be added as an Admin to your Apple account.
- An Apple ID is required to login to the App Store Connect for the customer to add a new team member.
Add the BiznessApps Apple ID (firstname.lastname@example.org) as an Admin with access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, if possible, for <Customer/Organization Apple ID address> account. To do so please see Add, edit and delete users for instructions to add our Apple ID as a team member.
Once BiznessApps has been set up as a team member, we will get an email confirmation from Apple in the email@example.com mailbox (see BiznessApps Access Guide). The team will then be able to check inside the account and perform the requested operation(s), that is submit and publish apps to the customer’s developer account.
