Solution
Adding New Features
A list of app features will be available for you to choose from. Add a feature that will suit the functionality of your app.
A selection of Feature Icons are available from our Library or you can use your own image to customize your app. The recommended dimensions/size when uploading a custom icon is 64x64px.
For a detailed list of the Build Features available, please refer to the BiznessApps Offerings (under the Build Features section) and the Feature Compatibility List KB article for a breakdown according to the Device you wish to publish your app on.
Deactivating/Activating Features
- When you deactivate features, no content in the feature is lost; the feature simply disappears from the app.
- You can easily activate features later to restore them in their previous form and have them appear in the app once more.
- We recommend this option over feature Deletion, which removes the feature completely from the back-end.
- When a feature is active, it appears under the Build column with its button switch on blue. Just toggle the switch OFF (Make Inactive) to deactivate it.
- When a feature has been deactivated, it will appear under Inactive Features at the bottom of the Menu. Just toggle the switch ON to activate it.

Deleting Features
- We do not recommend deleting features unless you are certain you will never want the feature within your app again, as it is completely removed and cannot be recovered.
- See the above for instructions on deactivating features if you wish to save the feature content while removing the feature from your active app.
- To delete a feature:
- Start by deactivating the feature(s) you would like to delete. See above for instructions.
- Locate the feature(s) under the Inactive Features section at the bottom of the Menu.
- Hover over the feature(s) you would like to delete and select the grey 'X.' A confirmation page will appear, select Delete to fully remove the feature(s).
