This article provides answers to some of the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) regarding Recurring Events and GCal Importing in Bizness Apps.
Q: I increased the number of weeks in the “Populate Recurring Events” option, but nothing happened. What now?
A: Every night at around midnight PST, our system updates and adds all events that are within the allotted timeframe. It searches for all recurring and imported events and adds them automatically. When you update the number of weeks to populate, they will be added around midnight PST that night.
Q: Why isn’t my GCal import working?
A: The integration was previously set up to sync with your events only and not events that were shared with you or you are watching. We updated the import option so that it will include all events on your calendar. Now that it adds all events, make sure to deselect events that do not relate to your app. If you were having issues syncing your calendar, please unlink and relink the calendar.
