As you've all probably noticed by now, since Apple's upgrades over the past couple weeks, the layout & design of iTunes connect has changed significantly. Besides the Changes to the Layout & Design, What Else Has Happened?
Their changes have also altered our upload process. This has confused some people who've been receiving that Your app has one or more issues email from Apple before the app is listed as Waiting for Review. Rest assured, if you receive an issue email and log into Connect only to see that the upload process doesn't appear to be complete, this is normal. Though you were notified about the upload being sent through, which used to be the final step, there's still some processing that needs to occur before the Waiting for Review status takes effect. I've Seen an Agreement Message Pop up When I Log In. What's the Deal?
Usually, with site updates come updated agreements. If you ever see an agreement message at the top of your Connect home screen, like the ones below, make sure to check into it. It's important to agree to contracts in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking section of Connect for your apps to stay on the market. Frequently, you'll have to "request" a contract to complete this.
Any Other Important Changes We Should Know About?
There are now new screenshot size options, and the app listing view has changed. Don't worry about screenshot sizes until we make an announcement. We'll be introducing different background image sizes to adjust appropriately to larger iPhone screen sizes, and we'll most likely alter the Step 5 screenshot size options simultaneously. As for the new app listing view, you'll see these new tab options below when you click on an app from the My Apps section. You can jump between these tabs to view different aspects, and the More menu is where you'll find the "View on App Store" link, as well as the "Transfer App" & "About This App" sections.
