Overview
Before publishing your application, you should preview it to see how it looks on a real device screen and to test its features and functionality. App preview is possible whether the app is for iOS, Android, or a PWA. App preview can also be used to help you create marketing material showing your application before it's published in either Apple's App Store or Google Play.
Solution
First of all, you need to find the App Code of your application. It can be found in the CMS (Content Management System) using one of the three methods shown:
-
As an Individual/Single App account, you can find it In the upper left corner, to the right of the App Icon.
-
As a Partner/Reseller account, go to My Apps on the dashboard. If you're using Grid View, hover over the app, and the details below appear with the App Code.
-
As a Partner/Reseller account, go to My Apps on the dashboard. If you're using List View, you can find it under the App Code field.
Knowing the App Code, you can choose one of the following methods that best fits your needs:
a) Applicable to iOS and Android:
- Previewing Native Apps via PreviewYourApp.com
Have the people that you wish to see your app make use of the Preview Your App tool and then do the following:
-
Enter the App Code in the Email Address field.
-
Press Next.
-
Click Go. (No need to fill in the password field.)
The App loads in the browser and functions much as the native App would.

Another way to showcase your product is to use screenshots from your own device or even from the CMS pop-out App Preview tool.
1. Take the screenshots.
a) Follow the instructions for taking screenshots on different devices or
b) In each step of the CMS, you'll notice a pop-out preview tool on the right side of the screen. You can take screenshots of this preview tool, though we do recommend sticking with the native apps for the sake of accuracy.
2. You can email screenshots that provide an overview of their App's functionality and design.
- Giving Access to the CMS
When you add an app to the platform, you assign a username and password to it, which the people you want to see your app make use of to log in to the Client Panel to view and edit their apps. Please refer to the instructions for creating usernames and passwords for your clients.
-
Send them their login credentials once you're ready.
-
After they receive their credentials, they can log into the Client Panel to access the CMS and view the pop-out preview tool on the right side of the screen as above.
b) Applicable to iOS:
- Preview Using Native iOS Preview App
You can also install the Private App Store version of Preview Your App to showcase the App on an iOS device. Follow the instructions provided below:

BA Preview:

- Previewing PWA by sharing the Web App URL
You can publish PWA from your account and then share the URL by following the instructions provided below.
-
Log in to the CMS.

Go to Publish, select Web App, and click Submit.
-
Share the specific URL for your PWA with your client that you receive via an email from support@biznessapps.com. PWA URLs always follow the same format:
https://yoursubdomain.yourwebsite.com/m/appcode
- Previewing PWA using URLs or QR Code
You can send the people you want to see your app-specific URLs or even the QR Code for your existing live App (You receive your QR code and the Web App URL in the confirmation email once you submit your PWA). This is a great way to showcase your published App and give them a better understanding of how the live app functions.
Testing
Having tried one of the above methods, you will be able to showcase your app by presenting to the people you wish a preview of your app's design and functionality.
