This article provides answers to questions regarding the issue with Push Note Pop-up in the old Client panel.
Q: My push note text box is blocked in my client panel. Why is this happening?
A: The Orange update to push notes requires more space in the pop-up window, so it is making up for space by moving the User Groups box down and blocking the text box.
Q: How can I fix this?
A: You just need to make the pop-up box bigger. You can do this in the Customize Partner CMS section of your Reseller Dashboard. Click Header > Messages > Settings > Edit, then change the Action field to the Biggest Popup window.
Then you will just need to refresh your client panel and the pop-up window changes will reflect.
