Overview
To properly configure the Food Ordering Services Feature, you need to fill some mandatory settings, (marked with red asterisks) in the Feature tab, these settings have default values, but you should customize them to fit your business policies.
If after filling all mandatory fields, the Save button at the top-right corner is still disabled, as in the image below, you might have used an invalid value in one of those settings.
Solution
- First, you should make sure that all the required fields (marked with a red asterisk) have values.
- If the issue persists, the save button might be disabled due to an invalid Lead Time value. The Save button on the Food Ordering tab is disabled if the Lead Time is set to a value less than 5 minutes, as per the message right of the form field.
In order to save changes to the Food Ordering feature, please make sure a minimum Lead Time of 5 minutes is set under the Services section since it's a required field.
Testing
After changing the Lead Time to a value that is either 5 minutes or larger, the Save button should become enabled & clickable, as in the image below:
