Overview
You need to check your users' activity through social media check-ing and features such as GPS coupons and QR codes history. You can also download related reports. You may also need to delete past activities to prevent users from using the QR codes from history. These can be very useful for businesses that want to track their top users engaged in their loyalty activities.
This article outlines how you can check and delete users' activities and also download reports using the Loyalty feature
Prerequisites
- The Loyalty feature needs to be set up, and the app needs to be published to view any user activity data.
Solution
Follow these steps:
- Go to Create > Build > Loyalty (Loyalty).
- Click User Activity.
- View user activity data
Note: The information in the reports is limited to the email addresses of the customers and does not contain their first and last names.
Download report
- Navigate again to Create > Build > Loyalty (Loyalty) -> User Activity tab (see above)
- Click Download to save each report.
Delete QR coupons
- Navigate again to Create > Build > Loyalty (Loyalty) -> User Activity tab (see above)
- If needed, expand the group list by clicking the 'Down' arrow.
3. Select the entries you wish and click the 'Bin' button. (in the screenshot below we have selected all the entries)
Testing
- If you download your report, you will have access to a file locally as a CSV file.
- If you deleted your users' activity, you can navigate again to the 'User Activity' Tab. You will notice that there will be no entry therein.
