Overview
Our platform produces app analytics and statistics for your customers/app users. It classifies them based on their app activity status (very active, active and sleeper) and whether they have signed in or not and are guest users (appearing with 'email address/username' or 'anonymous user' respectively) and also provides you with options to select and/or export the group members and see further details about them.
This article presents Customers Page and its functionality.
Solution
The Customers page has a few different views. Depending on the view you are on you have an option of various filters to select amongst so you can get more insight about your customers' interaction with your app.
To access the Customer Analytics Options just on your Partner Dashboard navigate to Manage -> Customers
Here are all the components/features of the Customers page and the information they provide, including the actions you may apply to your customers' profiles:
Note: To take full advantage of the Customers page's features, enable and set up the Sign-up feature, which will encourage your users/customers to create their accounts. When your customers sign up, it is their option to provide more information about themselves (i.e., profile picture and name).
Important: The Customers page has also been revamped to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please check for details the Customers Page Changes for GDPR Compliance Section.

Note: Whilst unfiltered customers are sorted based on their status with Very Active at the top then Active, then Sleeper. If filtered, the customer will be sorted according to the filter selected, meaning all customers in that criteria are displayed in no particular order. -
Apply the available filters on the left pane to sort your customers/users according to:

- Active - Customers that have logged in more than one time in the last 30 days.
- Sleepers - Customers that have not logged in within the last 3 months.
