Overview
The Settings feature houses the user's profile information under one location. Within the app, this profile tab can be found under the App Settings icon (gear) in the upper-right corner.
This article describes the Settings feature and how its fields can be customized.
Solution

To choose which settings your users will have access to, log in to BiznessApps CMS and navigate to Settings on the left side menu.
-
Under Settings, go to App Screens.
Here you can edit the following:
- User/Social Accounts

If your user adds a profile picture or name, it is displayed under User Activity.
Note: The Email Address will not appear in case the Group Management Add-On is enabled. Check the Extra Settings Section for more information
Allow account linking with social media
Allow users to log in using Facebook, Twitter, or Google.
- Terms of Service
Add your own terms of service via a URL and display it within the app.
- Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy is mandatory per Apple and Google's requirements.
Opt to display our default Privacy policy or click on Edit to customize the Default policy. You can also paste your own by selecting Custom and pasting a Privacy Policy URL.
Make the required changes and click Save
- Social
User Commenting Ability
User commenting is enabled globally throughout your app, but you can disable it here for all features except the Fan Wall and YouTube features.
Social Onboarding
Enable a prompt for your users to log in to their Facebook and Twitter accounts. This feature is enabled by default.
Share Default Message
Enter a default message you would like to send when users share from within your app.
Extra Settings
Apart from the above settings, you can customize some extra user or group log-in settings.
- If the Group Management Add-On is enabled, you can access the main group log-in settings by navigating to Create -> Build -> Group Log-in -> Content. Check the Introduction To The Group Management Add-On KB article for more information.
- If the Group Management Add-On is not enabled, you can navigate to Create -> Build -> Sign-up/Login -> Content. Check the Configuring The Sign-Up/Login Feature KB article for more information.
User's Perspective
From a user's perspective, this is an example of what your users will be seeing (the picture can vary depending on the settings you have chosen). Users can also delete their accounts by tapping the "Delete my account" button. You can find more information regarding the deleted data in the Bizness Apps and the GDPR article.
