Biznessapps Help-Center is a very convenient place for interacting with our support staff. Here are some of the main features.
Search for articles: On the "How can we help you?" search bar you can always search on our extensive knowledge base.
Initiate a conversation: To initiate a conversation you all you need to do is go to “Start a conversation”, complete the form with the details of your case and click “Send”. (Note: Once a ticket/conversation is created, you can keep the communication stream via email or the website).
Track your conversations: In “Conversations” section you will be able to see all your open and closed cases.
Each conversation shows the support agent that is working you your case together with some other important items about the ticket (e.g. priority, conversation participants, ticketID, etc)
