White Label Resellers or Enterprise Clients
Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address associated with your Reseller account. We'll set up a phone call to discuss how to proceed with your cancellation request, and get some feedback on where we went wrong!
What happens to my apps if I cancel my account?
Live apps created on our system do not continue to function after canceling your subscription with our service. For users who already have the app installed, the below message ("Oh No! This app has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact the organization if you have any questions.") will appear when they attempt to access it.
However, if you decided to switch service providers, they could upload your new app in replacement of ours and it would show up as a regular update on users' devices.
