Q: Why are screenshots necessary?

A: Apple requires 2-5 screenshots for every app listing in the iTunes app store. Utilize our screenshot generator and choose at least three 1080 x 1920 px images that highlight the best aspects of your app.

Q: What kind of screenshots should I use?

These screenshots must be appropriate for all viewers (4+), even if the app has a higher rating, and must reflect tabs that are in the app when the app is being reviewed. They also must be from iOS devices because Apple will reject apps with screenshots displaying a Android status bar. If you generate screenshots that show an empty tab or a loading sign, you may want to temporarily deactivate that tab, then generate the screenshots again. Make sure to add the tab back after the screenshots have generated.

Q: How do I use the screenshot generator?

Simply navigate to the Publish section in the dashboard.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click 'Take Screenshots.' Clicking the button once will open up a popup of your app. Select a screen/feature of your app and click 'Take Screenshot' for at least two of the screens and then click "Apply" to save the images.

Q: How do I delete screenshots?

A: To delete, select the circle in the upper left-hand corner and click the trash can on the popup on the bottom of the screen. Select All to delete all screenshots.
